Read this before you send money
Auron FX is an independent guide, not RoboForex, and we never handle your money. The links on this page open RoboForex through our partner link, which may earn us a commission. We built this guide from public information and third-party reviews, because we could not load the official cashier pages. The only reliable list of methods is the one inside your own logged-in Members Area. If you have not opened an account yet, start with how to register with RoboForex.
Never pay a personal card, wallet or bank account given to you by a Telegram or WhatsApp "manager", "agent" or "investment coach", even if they use the RoboForex name. Deposits are made only inside your own cashier to details that the cashier generates.
Which methods are available
The list depends on your country, the account and the currency, and it changes without notice. Third-party reviews report the following, but sources disagree, so use the table as a checklist rather than a promise.
| Method | Availability | Minimum | Fee | Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank card (Visa, Mastercard) | Reported in many countries; your bank may decline offshore brokers | Reviews: about 10 USD | Check cashier | Reviews: 1 to 3 business days for withdrawals |
| Bank wire | Reported | Reviews: about 100 USD for withdrawals | Variable, bank fees add up | Slowest, days |
| Skrill, Neteller | Reported; not open in every country | Reviews: about 1 USD for withdrawals | Check cashier | Often fast |
| Other wallets (for example FasaPay, AdvCash) | Reported by reviews in some regions | Check cashier | Reviews mention about 1% on some withdrawals | Check cashier |
| Cryptocurrency | Reported; the coins and networks shown depend on your region | Reviews: about 1 USD for withdrawals | Network fee applies | Often fast |
| Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click, local bank transfer, P2P | Not verified by us | - | - | Use only if shown in your cashier |
RoboForex states that it does not charge its own fee on deposits, but your bank, a payment processor or a blockchain network may. Reviews also mention that withdrawals are free on certain days of the month and that other withdrawals can carry a fee. Rules like these change, so read the fee displayed on screen before you confirm.
How to make a deposit step by step
- Log in to the Members Area from the official address or a bookmark.
- Open the deposit or funds section.
- Select the live trading account you want to fund. Check that the currency matches.
- Choose a method. Read the minimum, the fee and the processing time shown for it.
- Enter a small first amount. If your payment currency differs from the account currency, check the exchange rate or conversion note.
- Follow the payment page. Pay from a card or wallet in your own name. Do not close the page before it returns to the Members Area.
- Wait for the balance to update and save the receipt, the order number or the transaction hash.
Open RoboForex and check your cashier
Uzbekistan, CIS and other regions
We did not find a verified source saying that Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click, Russian bank cards or P2P are offered by RoboForex, so we do not claim it. Some cards and banks block payments to offshore forex companies, and rules differ by country and by bank. Open the cashier, set your country, and use only the methods shown there. Do not accept a payment route suggested by a stranger, and do not use a friend's account for deposits, as this can block your withdrawal later. For wider ideas, see our guide to funding a forex account.
Crypto deposits: network, address and mistakes
If the cashier offers cryptocurrency, it shows the coin, the network and a deposit address. A transfer on the wrong network usually cannot be recovered. Follow these rules:
- Copy the address with the copy button and compare the first and last characters.
- Pick the same network on your sending wallet as in the cashier (for example TRC20 is not ERC20).
- Send a small test amount first, then the main amount.
- If a memo or tag field is shown, you must include it.
- Remember that the exchange or wallet you send from may charge a network fee.
Funding from the phone
RoboForex also has a mobile app, R MobileTrader, which its App Store listing presents as a full trading station with a demo account, copy-trading access and in-app deposits. The company says it is available on Android and iPhone. Install it only from the official store listing or from links inside your Members Area, and check the publisher name before you log in. The app shows the same cashier rules as the website: the same verification, the same method list for your country and the same fees. Our RoboForex download page explains how to install the app and MetaTrader safely.
Currency conversion
If your card or wallet is in so'm, rubles, rupees or naira, the payment is converted somewhere: by your bank, by the payment processor or by the broker. Each step has a rate and sometimes a margin. Make a small test deposit, compare what you paid with what arrived, and you will see the real cost.
Deposit not credited: what to do
- Wait for the time shown for your method. Bank wires can take days.
- Check your bank or wallet history: was the money really taken?
- Look at the status of the operation in the Members Area history.
- Collect proof: screenshot, receipt, order number, transaction hash.
- Contact official support from inside the Members Area, and not through a link in a chat or a social network.
Withdrawal rules
- Verification first. Expect to need a verified profile, meaning a valid ID and a proof of address, before the first withdrawal.
- Same method. Brokers generally return deposits to the method used to pay in, up to the amount deposited, and allow profits through the same or another verified method. We found no official text we could quote for RoboForex, so check its funds rules in the cashier.
- Name matching. The name on the card or wallet must match your profile.
- Timing. Reviews report from minutes to several business days, with cards and wires slower. Weekends delay processing.
- Open positions. A withdrawal reduces free margin, which can trigger a stop-out on open trades. Close or reduce positions first.
- Log in and open the withdrawal section of the cashier.
- Choose the trading account and the method.
- Enter the amount and the exact wallet, card or bank details, double-checking every character.
- Confirm with the code sent to your phone or email, if requested.
- Track the status in the history, and keep the record.
Fees and hidden costs
- Bank charges and intermediary bank fees on wires.
- Currency conversion margins at your bank or processor.
- Network fees for crypto, which can be high at busy times.
- A processor fee on some wallet and card withdrawals, as reviews report.
Scam warnings
- A "manager" asks you to send money to a private card: stop.
- Someone promises fixed returns or asks for your trading password: stop.
- A fake support account messages you first on a messenger: ignore it.
- Copy trading and managed accounts carry risk too. Read how to spot forex scams.
How much should you start with
Start with an amount you can lose completely without affecting rent, food or family. Trade a tiny size, risk a small percentage of the balance on a trade and test a small withdrawal early to see the route work. Our risk management guide explains position sizing. Compare brokers in the account-opening hub or see the full RoboForex review.
