Auron FX is an independent guide. We are not the official AMarkets website and we never receive your money. The buttons here use our partner link, so the broker may pay us if you open an account, and your costs do not change. Methods, limits and times can change, so the cashier in your own account is the final source.
Methods overview
The official deposit page names only groups: bank transfers, debit and credit cards, popular e-wallets, local transfers and other options, with the full list for your region shown after login. Help pages name more. The table collects what we could verify and marks the rest.
| Method | Availability | Min. / fee | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | Named in the help pages; depends on country | No broker fee; your bank may charge | Usually credited within about 30 minutes |
| USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20) | Named in the official instruction | Amount entered in USD; network fee on withdrawal | Described as instant |
| Bitcoin | Named in the help pages | Check cashier | Described as instant |
| Card to crypto via Mercuryo | Named in a help article title | Check cashier | Check cashier |
| Perfect Money | Instruction exists; age of the page unknown | Check cashier | Described as instant for e-wallets |
| Skrill | Instruction exists; not for UK or EEA wallets | Check cashier | Described as instant for e-wallets |
| Neteller | Help page says it is unavailable now; suggests Volet, crypto or card | - | - |
| Bank transfer | Mentioned; depends on country | Check cashier | Up to 5 business days |
| Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click, JazzCash, bKash, UPI, P2P | Not confirmed on the official pages | - | - |
Do not trust a third-party site that promises a local wallet or P2P route that your cashier does not show. AMarkets also says it does not offer cryptocurrency exchange through its internal systems.
The minimum first deposit is $100 on Standard and $200 on ECN and Zero. Later deposits only need to meet the minimum of the chosen payment method.
How to deposit step by step
- Log in to your Personal Area and complete identity verification. The official help says you must do this before depositing. See the registration and verification guide if you have not.
- Click Deposit Funds in the top menu, or open the Finance section and choose the Deposit tab. In the mobile app, open the account card and tap Deposit.
- Select the trading account or wallet that should receive the money.
- Choose a payment method that is in your own name. Third-party payments are not allowed.
- Enter the amount, and make sure it meets the account minimum and the method limit.
- Click Deposit, follow the redirect to the payment page and confirm in your bank or wallet.
- Check the balance of the trading account and the Transactions history tab. Keep the receipt or screenshot.
Depositing with USDT: network matters
The official Tether instruction works like this: in the Deposit section choose Tether, then one of three networks, enter the amount in US dollars, click Deposit, and send the coins to the wallet address on the payment page. The three networks are TRC20 (TRON), BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain) and ERC20 (Ethereum). The page warns that this method accepts USDT tokens only.
- The network on your sending wallet must match the one you chose. A wrong network can lose the money permanently.
- Copy the address with the copy button, compare the first and last characters, and send a small test amount first if you can.
- The sender pays the network fee, and exchanges often charge their own withdrawal fee.
- The instruction mentions an expiry window for completing the transfer. If your transfer is late, contact support with the transaction hash.
Cryptocurrency wallets do not need verification before a withdrawal, according to the Finance section help. Keep your own records of every transfer anyway.
Uzbekistan, CIS and other regions
Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan were not on the restricted list in our check, but Russia and Armenia were. We could not verify Uzcard, Humo, Payme or Click as AMarkets methods, so do not rely on a seller of such a route. A bank card issued locally may be declined for a foreign broker; if so, the cause is on the bank side. In practice, many users pick USDT through a trusted exchange or an e-wallet that the cashier lists. For India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Egypt the same rule applies: use only what your cashier lists, and keep in mind local rules on forex payments.
Currency and conversion
AMarkets says deposits and withdrawals must be made in the same currency. Account pages show USD, while some help pages also mention euro, so check your options when you open the account. If your card or bank is in another currency, your bank or the payment provider converts the money at its own rate, and that cost is not under AMarkets control. Choose the deposit currency carefully because you will have to withdraw in it.
Fees and hidden costs
- Broker fee on deposit: the official pages say deposits are free and that the payment system commission is refunded automatically. For bank transfers, email the receipt to your manager; the refund is credited within one business day after the money arrives.
- Bank fee on cards: if your bank charges, you can ask for compensation through the Commission compensation tab with the bank statement.
- Withdrawal fee: AMarkets says it has no commission of its own, and you pay only the fee of the payment system or network. The fee is shown in the Withdrawal tab before you confirm.
- Exchange rate and network fees: paid to your bank, wallet or exchange.
Withdrawal rules
- Verification: all card and e-wallet deposit methods must be verified in the Payment method verification tab before you withdraw. Crypto wallets do not need it.
- Same method: withdrawals go to the same method and currency as the deposit, in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not allowed.
- Proportions: if you deposited through several methods, you must withdraw in the same proportions. Profits are split by each method's share of deposits.
- Free margin: you can withdraw only up to your free margin, so open positions reduce the amount.
- Timing: requests are processed by the finance department within 24 hours. Your bank, card issuer or the network adds its own time on top.
- Cancelling: a withdrawal request can be cancelled in the Transactions history tab. Unfinished deposit requests expire automatically after a period.
How to withdraw step by step
- Verify every card and e-wallet you deposited with. Screenshots must show details matching your Personal Area.
- Open Finance, then the Withdrawal tab, and pick the trading account.
- Select the same method as the deposit. Use a saved template in Payment system templates if you want to avoid retyping details.
- Enter the amount. Check the fee that is shown, and confirm.
- Track the status in Transactions history. Contact support if it is not processed within a day.
Deposit not credited: what to do
| Problem | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Card payment declined | Bank blocks offshore brokers or a 3-D Secure failure | Call the bank, try another card in your name or choose another method. |
| Deposit missing after card payment | Card deposits can take up to about 30 minutes | Wait, check the history, then send the receipt to support. |
| USDT not credited | Wrong network or an unconfirmed transfer | Check the hash in a block explorer, then give support the hash and address. |
| Preferred method is not listed | Not offered for your country or account | Use only listed methods. Do not use a seller from chat. |
| Withdrawal returned to account | Details or verification mismatch | Check payment details and verification, then request again. |
| Insufficient funds message | Free margin is below the amount | Close positions or lower the amount. |
| Cannot deposit at all | Identity verification is not finished | Complete the Documents step. |
Scam warnings
- Never pay to the personal card or wallet of a "manager", "account administrator" or Telegram "partner". AMarkets accepts money only through its own cashier.
- Ignore anyone who offers a fixed return or asks you to pay a fee before releasing your withdrawal.
- Do not share your password, one-time codes or screen with anyone, even a person who looks like support.
- Only contact support through the official site or from inside your account.
How much to start with
Begin with the smallest amount that opens the account you want, for example the $100 Standard minimum, and treat it as money you can lose completely. Make a small test withdrawal early to learn how the process works. Do not borrow, do not use savings meant for rent or school fees, and do not increase leverage to make a small deposit feel bigger. Read risk management basics first, compare options in how to fund a forex account, and see how to open a forex account. Risk warning: Forex and CFDs are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money quickly because of leverage. Trade only with money you can afford to lose. This page is general information, not financial or legal advice. Check the laws of your own country first.
