Read this before you send money
Payment problems are the largest source of complaints about any offshore broker. Auron FX is an independent guide. We are not Exness, we do not take deposits, and we cannot see your account. Never send money to a personal bank account, wallet or "agent" who says they work for Exness. All deposits should be made inside your own cashier in the Personal Area, to the details generated there. If you have not registered yet, start with how to register with Exness.
Which methods are available
The list of deposit and withdrawal methods depends on your country of residence, your account type and sometimes your currency. It can change at any time. Third-party sites mention bank transfers, bank cards, e-wallets, mobile wallets and cryptocurrency, including USDT. We could not verify these on Exness's own pages for every country, so treat them as possibilities and not promises. The only reliable source is the cashier on your own logged-in account.
- Pakistan: bank transfer, mobile wallets and USDT are the methods most often reported. A failed payment may come from your bank, because banks can decline payments to offshore brokers.
- India: Exness is on the RBI Alert List, so payment risk is also a legal risk. We do not recommend that Indian residents use it.
- Bangladesh: Bangladesh Bank has warned about unlicensed foreign-exchange trading, and mobile payment providers were told to stop forex-related payments. Do not send money to personal wallets.
- Nigeria: bank transfer and USDT are commonly mentioned. Keep records of every transfer.
- Egypt: the Financial Regulatory Authority issued a general warning about unlicensed platforms in May 2026. Choose only methods shown in your own cashier.
How to make a deposit
- Log in to the Personal Area through the official address, not through a link sent by a stranger.
- Open the deposit section and choose the trading account you want to fund.
- Look at the list of methods and read the limits, fees and processing time displayed for each method.
- Enter a small amount first. Check the currency and the exchange rate if your payment currency differs from the account currency.
- Follow the instructions of the payment page. For crypto, copy the exact address and network shown there and send a tiny test amount first.
- Wait for the balance to update. Keep the receipt or transaction hash until you see the funds on the account.
The minimum deposit depends on the account type and the payment method, and it is shown in the cashier. We do not quote a fixed number, since it varies. Also consider the cost of the payment itself (bank fees, conversion margin, network fees), which can be a large part of a small deposit.
Checklist before your first deposit
- Registration and verification are complete.
- I have read the deposit and withdrawal pages in my own cashier.
- I know which method I will use to take money out.
- I have checked fees, the exchange rate and the time shown for the payment.
- The amount is small and is money I can afford to lose.
- I have a plan for risk per trade, as in risk management.
Test the exit with a small withdrawal
After your first deposit, and once verification is approved, consider requesting a small withdrawal back to the same method. It shows you how long the process takes, what fees apply and whether your documents are accepted, while only a small amount is involved. If something is unclear, you learn it early and cheaply. Do this before you add a larger balance, and never let a bonus, a promotion or a stranger's advice push you into depositing more than you planned.
Keeping records
Save a PDF or screenshot of every deposit and withdrawal confirmation, and a list of dates, amounts and transaction numbers. If a payment is late, support can look it up quickly when you give them the exact details. Records also help with any tax duties you may have under the laws of your country.

Withdrawal rules to know in advance
- Verification first. You will need to complete identity and address verification before the first withdrawal. Do it right after registration.
- Same method. Withdrawals normally go back to the method used to deposit, up to the amount deposited by that method. Profit can usually be withdrawn to the same or another verified method.
- Your own name. The payment method must be in your name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- Open positions. A withdrawal reduces your free margin, so you cannot withdraw money that is needed to hold open trades.
- Fees and time. They depend on the method and on the bank or network. The cashier shows what applies to you.
Plan your route before you deposit. If you pay with a method that allows deposits only, ask support in writing what the withdrawal route will be.
Worked example: a deposit and a withdrawal
Invented numbers, to explain the same-method rule. You deposit 100 USD by bank transfer and 50 USD in USDT. You then withdraw. In a typical setup, the bank part can go back to the bank, up to 100 USD, and the USDT part to the same wallet, up to 50 USD, while profit above 150 USD can go to a verified method. If you ask for a payout to a method that does not fit these rules, the request may be refused or you may be asked to use another route. The exact rules are set by Exness and your country, so read the withdrawal page before you request a payout.
Common errors and what they mean
- Payment declined: your bank may block payments to foreign brokers. Try another method listed in the cashier or ask the bank, and do not try the same payment ten times.
- Money paid but not credited: wait for the time stated, then contact support from the Personal Area with the transaction receipt or hash.
- Wrong network (crypto): sending to the right address on the wrong network can lose the funds permanently. Check the network twice.
- Withdrawal pending: verification may be incomplete, or the method requires a manual check. Check the status in the Personal Area.
- Name mismatch: the account in the payment must match the name of the Exness client.
- Currency conversion surprise: the amount credited may differ because of the rate used. Check the preview.
What users complain about
Reviews of offshore brokers often mention delays, verification problems and difficulty with local payment methods. This is a general pattern and not a verified rate for any broker. The best protection is to keep your first deposit small, complete verification early, and make a small test withdrawal before you add more money. Our Exness review lists the regulatory warnings, and how to choose a forex broker shows how to compare options.
Payment scams to avoid
- "Agents" on social media who deposit for you or withdraw for you for a fee.
- Messages that say your withdrawal is blocked until you pay a tax or an unlock fee.
- Fake support accounts that contact you first and ask for codes or remote access to your phone.
- Websites that look like the cashier but have a different web address.
Risk warning
Funds you deposit are exposed to trading losses, and offshore brokers may offer limited legal protection. Forex and CFDs are high-risk, leverage magnifies losses and most retail clients lose money. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose entirely, and only if you are 18 or older. Payment methods and rules change, so verify them in your own cashier.
