Before you send money
Auron FX is an independent guide. We are not FBS, we do not take deposits and we cannot see your account. The buttons on this page use our partner link, so FBS may pay us if you open an account. It does not change your costs. If you have not registered yet, start with how to register with FBS, and read our FBS review for the regulator warnings in your country.
Payment problems are the largest source of complaints about any offshore broker. Never send money to a personal card, a private wallet or an "agent" who says they work for FBS. FBS itself states that none of its representatives collects deposits for the company. All payments are made inside your own Trader Area or the official app, to the details generated there.
Deposit methods at a glance
FBS does not publish one fixed list on its public pages. The methods you see depend on your country of residence and appear in the Deposit section after you log in. The table shows what we could confirm and what we could not.
| Method | Availability | Minimum | Fee | Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Skrill | Named in the FBS help centre | 12 USD (example from FBS) | Check the cashier; the wallet may charge its own | Withdrawals usually credited at once, sometimes up to 30 minutes |
| Neteller | Named in the FBS help centre | 10 USD (example from FBS) | Check the cashier | Wallet speed, same day |
| Perfect Money | Named in the FBS help centre | 5 USD (example from FBS) | Check the cashier | Usually at once |
| Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) | FBS mentions card payments with 3D Secure; country dependent | Shown in the cashier | Shown in the cashier | Deposits quick; withdrawals take days |
| Local banks | An option in some countries | Limits set by the payment system | Check the cashier | Check the cashier |
| Crypto (USDT, BTC) | Not confirmed by the FBS pages we could read | Check the cashier | Network fees | Check the cashier |
| Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click | Not confirmed | Check the cashier | Check the cashier | Check the cashier |
FBS says its minimum deposit is 5 USD, but it varies by payment system, and it recommends at least 100 USD for a smoother start. We do not state fees or limits for methods that FBS does not publish. The Deposit page shows the exact limit for each method before you pay.
Prepare before the first deposit
- Finish verification. FBS says full verification lifts the limit on transactions, and it is required for withdrawals.
- Use your own money source. The name on the bank account, card or wallet must match the name on your trading account. FBS returns payments from other people to the sender.
- Choose a method you can also withdraw to. Withdrawals follow the deposit methods (see below).
- Check the account currency you chose at registration, so you know where conversion happens.
How to deposit, step by step
- Log in to the Trader Area on the official site (or in the FBS app) and choose Finances, then Deposit. In the app the same section is under the Finances or Funds tab.
- Select a payment system from the list shown for your country.
- Select the trading account you want to fund (on the web version).
- Enter your wallet or payment details if the form asks for them.
- Type the amount and select the currency. Check the minimum and any conversion note on the screen.
- Press Deposit, complete the payment page of your bank or wallet (card payments ask for an SMS code, 3D Secure), and return to the Trader Area.
- Open Transaction History to follow the status.
For local bank payments the web flow is slightly different: choose the account, select Local banks, fill in the requested information and confirm. The payment system sets its own minimum and maximum.
Uzbekistan, CIS and local methods
Readers in Uzbekistan and the CIS often ask about Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click and P2P transfers. We could not confirm from FBS pages that any of these are offered, and some websites list them even though they are partner sites. Use only the methods that your own cashier shows. If a "manager" in a messenger sends you a card number for a P2P payment, do not pay: that is the typical scam pattern. International cards, e-wallets and the local-bank option appear or not depending on your country of residence, so register first and look at the Deposit section before you plan any transfer.
Crypto deposits
We did not find a confirmed list of crypto deposit options in the FBS help centre. If your cashier offers USDT or Bitcoin, follow these rules: choose the network FBS shows (a TRC20 and an ERC20 address are different and not interchangeable), copy the address with the copy button, add a memo or tag only if the form requires it, and send a tiny test amount first. A transfer on the wrong network is usually lost. Network fees are paid to the blockchain, not to FBS.
Currency conversion and hidden costs
- If your payment currency differs from the account currency, the rate used adds a cost. Compare it with the market rate.
- Your bank, card issuer or e-wallet may charge its own fees. For example, wallet providers publish charges for bank payouts that have nothing to do with FBS.
- Crypto transfers have network fees.
- FBS marketing says commissions from zero, but the fee table for each method is in the cashier. Read it before you confirm.
Deposit not credited: what to do
- Open Transaction History and read the status. FBS credits only after the payment system confirms the payment, so unconfirmed payments are marked rejected.
- If the money was not deducted from you, try again later or choose another method.
- If the money was deducted, collect the proof: transaction reference, payment account details, date and amount.
- Send it to FBS support through the live chat on the official site or the support email shown there. Check the address on the official site first, because scammers copy support contacts.
Withdrawal rules
- Same source only. You can withdraw only to the payment systems you deposited with, and only to the same card, account or wallet. Funds cannot go to third parties.
- Name match. The name on that account must match your trading account.
- Order: first return deposits made by card to those cards; then other methods, each up to the amount deposited through it; profits and bonuses last, through a non-card method. Local banks are used for profits where available.
- Verification: required, and card withdrawals need copies of the card (front and back).
- Code: each withdrawal is confirmed with a one-time password sent by email or SMS.
- Changed details: if your card or wallet is lost or changed, contact support and be ready to prove ownership.
Timing
FBS says its financial department reviews a request within 24 hours, then the payment system finishes it. Digital wallets are usually same day. Cards and bank transfers take longer: the help centre quotes 2 to 7 business days in one article and about 3 to 4 days for cards and 7 to 10 for banks in another, so plan for the longer figure. Non-automatic payments follow office hours.
How to withdraw, step by step
- Open Finances, then Withdrawal (in the app: the Funds tab, then Withdraw).
- Select the payment system, then the trading account to withdraw from.
- Enter your wallet or payment account details exactly as instructed.
- Enter the amount and press Confirm withdrawal.
- Enter the one-time code from your email or SMS.
- Track the request in Transaction History, and do not consider it finished until the money arrives.
Scam warnings
- Nobody from FBS will ask for your password, PIN or confirmation codes.
- Do not pay a "manager", a Telegram admin or an "investment helper" to a personal card or wallet.
- Be suspicious of any message that asks for an extra "tax", "unlock fee" or "AML payment" before releasing your money.
- Open the site by typing its address, not through a link in a chat, and check that it uses HTTPS.
How much to start with
A 5 USD minimum does not make 5 USD a sensible plan, and 100 USD is not a promise of success either. Pick an amount you could lose without changing your life, risk a small fraction of it on one trade (see risk management), and add money only after you have followed your plan for weeks on demo. Keep your trading money separate from rent, food and school fees, and never borrow to trade.
Common errors
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit rejected | Payment system did not confirm | Read the reason in Transaction History; retry or change method |
| Funds returned to sender | Account name differs from the trading account | Pay only from an account in your own name |
| Withdrawal method not offered | You did not deposit with it | Use a method you deposited with |
| Withdrawal waiting | Verification missing or office hours | Finish verification; wait for the 24-hour review |
| Crypto missing | Wrong network or address | Contact support with the transaction hash; recovery is often impossible |

Risk warning
Forex and CFDs are leveraged products and most retail clients lose money. FBS carries regulator warnings in some countries, and offshore clients may have limited legal protection and no local complaints route. Deposit only money you can afford to lose entirely, and only if you are 18 or older. This article is education, not personal investment advice.
