Before you register: three checks
Auron FX is an independent guide. We are not the official website of Exness, and we cannot see or change your account. The buttons on this page use our partner link, so Exness may pay us if you open an account. It does not change your costs. Before you create anything, check these points.
- Is it allowed for you? Exness is named on the Reserve Bank of India Alert List (entry no. 6 in the November 2025 version), so Indian residents face legal risk under local foreign-exchange rules. In January 2026 the Philippine SEC published an advisory that Exness Global Ltd is not licensed there. In Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Egypt, Exness is not locally regulated. Read our Exness review before you continue.
- Which entity serves you? Clients from many emerging markets are usually served by an offshore group company, commonly reported as Exness (SC) Ltd regulated by the Seychelles FSA. This offers less protection than a top-tier regulator.
- Is the site real? Type the address yourself or use a link you trust. Never register through a link sent by a stranger on Telegram or WhatsApp.
What you need ready
- A valid email address that only you control.
- A phone number that can receive messages.
- A government ID: passport, national ID card or driving licence, in colour, with all four corners visible.
- Proof of address dated within the last few months: a utility bill, bank statement or similar, showing your name and address. The accepted types depend on your country.
- A phone or computer with a camera, in case a selfie is required.
Use your real name and documents. Accounts opened with false data or somebody else's identity are normally frozen when you try to withdraw.
The registration steps
- Open the registration page through the button below and choose your country of residence carefully. The country affects the legal entity, the available products and the payment methods, and it is difficult to change later.
- Enter your email and create a strong, unique password. Use a password manager if you can.
- Confirm that you are not a US citizen or tax resident, if asked, and accept the client agreement only after reading its main points.
- Check your email for the confirmation message and verify the address. If it does not arrive, check the spam folder and wait a few minutes before asking for another one.
- Verify your phone number with the code sent by message.
- Set a security type. This is the code used to confirm withdrawals and some settings. Do not share it with anyone.
Security tips for your Exness Personal Area
- Use a password that you do not use anywhere else, and change it if you ever logged in on a shared computer.
- Prefer an authenticator app for two-step verification instead of codes sent by SMS when the option is available.
- Do not click links in unexpected emails or messages that claim to be from Exness. Open the site by typing the address.
- Never give your trading password or one-time codes to a support agent, a manager or a signal group.
- Check the list of active sessions or devices in your settings, if the page offers it, and log out of the ones you do not recognise.
If you already have an account
Do not open a second profile just for that purpose: duplicate profiles can break the client agreement and cause trouble at withdrawal. Ask Exness support what applies to you.
Open the Exness registration page
Complete your profile
After the first login you will see the Personal Area, the control panel for all your trading accounts. You will be asked for personal details: full name as on the ID, date of birth, address and sometimes information about your employment, income and trading experience. Answer truthfully. These questions are part of anti-money-laundering rules and suitability checks, and inconsistent answers can cause problems later.
Document verification (KYC)
Verification usually has two parts: identity and address. Tips that prevent most rejections:
- Use a clear colour photo or scan, not a screenshot. Show the whole document, with no cut edges and no glare.
- The name on the proof of address must match the name on the ID. If it does not match, use another document.
- Check that documents are not expired and that the address document is recent.
- Upload files in the format and size that the page asks for.
- Do not edit or crop the document with a photo app in a way that hides details.
Review times vary. Do not wait until you want to withdraw to verify, because that is when delays are most upsetting. If a document is rejected, read the reason shown in the Personal Area, fix it and upload again. If the reason is unclear, contact support from within the Personal Area and not through a stranger on social media.
Open a demo account, then a real one
Inside the Personal Area you can open trading accounts. Start with a demo account to test the platform and a few small trades without real money. When you open a real account, you choose the account type, the platform (MT4 or MT5), the currency and the leverage. Exness usually groups accounts into Standard and Professional families, but the names and availability change by country, so confirm what you see on the screen. The account currency is difficult to change later, so think about it. Learn which platform is better in MT4 vs MT5, and review costs in spread, commission and swap.
After registration: first safe steps
- Turn on two-step verification in the Personal Area.
- Save the account number, the server name and the trading password in a safe place.
- Log in to MT4 or MT5 with the demo account and practise. Our Exness download page shows the apps.
- Read how to deposit and withdraw before you send any money, and start with a small amount.
- Write a trading plan and a risk limit using risk management.
Common problems and fixes
- Email not received: check the spam folder, the correct spelling of the address and wait before retrying.
- Page not available or blocked: some countries restrict access to certain broker sites. Do not use unknown proxy tools or accept a mirror link from a stranger. Use only the address that your Personal Area or the broker support confirms.
- Verification rejected: blurry photo, name mismatch or old document. Upload a better file.
- Country not supported: do not use a different country or a friend's identity. That can freeze the account.
- Forgot password: use the reset link on the login page. Never give the password to people who claim to be support.
Scams around registration
Some people offer to register for you, to "manage" your account or to rent you a verified account. Others share an account and promise a share of the profit. These are among the most common routes to losing money and identity documents. Register yourself, keep your own login, and never send documents to private chat contacts.
Risk warning
Opening an account is easy, and trading is risky. Forex and CFDs are complex, leveraged products and most retail clients lose money. Exness carries regulator warnings in some countries, as noted above, and offshore clients may have limited legal protection. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose entirely, and only if you are 18 or older. This article is education, not personal investment advice.
