The honest answer first: bonuses depend on your entity
Third-party sites describe an XM no-deposit credit for new accounts and deposit bonuses with percentage matches. But the figures differ from site to site, and we could not read XM's own promotions page with our tools. So we do not quote a bonus amount as a fact.
What several sources do agree on is that eligibility depends on the XM entity and the country. Some entities, especially those supervised in Europe and Australia, do not offer the same bonuses as the offshore entity. Whether a bonus is available to a client in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria or Egypt can only be confirmed inside your own Members Area.

- No-deposit bonus: a small credit for a new verified account. It is usually not withdrawable itself, and withdrawing profits made with it normally requires verification and a minimum trading volume. Check the current amount and conditions in your account.
- Deposit bonus: a percentage added to your deposit, often in tiers with a cap. The bonus part is normally not withdrawable, and removing it can reduce your credit when you withdraw.
- Loyalty points: a points scheme where you earn points per traded lot and may exchange them for cash or credit. It rewards trading volume, and more volume also means more cost and more risk.
- Contests and short campaigns: run in some regions from time to time, with their own rules.
Whatever the type, read who is eligible, the dates, the volume you must trade and what happens to your withdrawals before you accept.
Why bonuses come with strings
Bonuses look attractive, but they usually carry conditions. A typical deposit bonus requires you to trade a minimum number of lots, can block withdrawal of the bonus amount, and can be cancelled if you break a rule or if you withdraw funds. Users' reviews on public forums often mention disputes about exactly these conditions. Bonus money can also tempt you into larger positions than you planned.

Fake XM bonus offers to avoid
Because people search for "XM bonus" and "XM $30", scammers publish fake offers. Be careful with the following.
- Anyone who asks you to send money first so that a bonus can be "unlocked", or to pay a "tax" to release it.
- Sites that ask for your XM password, an email access code or a screen share.
- Lookalike domains with names such as "XM Turkey". Turkish regulators blocked several of these in 2025.
- "Bonus bots", "signal groups" or "account managers" who promise guaranteed profit. No one can promise this in trading.
If you see an offer, check it inside your own Members Area or ask XM support in writing. If you cannot confirm it there, assume it is not real.
How to check that an offer is genuine
Before you act on any XM promotion, run three simple checks. First, log in to your Members Area by typing the XM address yourself and look for a notice there, because a real client offer will normally appear inside your account. Second, read the terms in full: who can take part, the dates, any trading volume that you must complete, and what happens to your withdrawals. Third, ask support in writing to confirm that the offer applies to your country, and keep the reply.
If an offer asks you to pay a fee or a deposit to a private account before you can receive it, stop. A real broker does not charge a fee to hand you a promotion. Report the page or channel, and do not click any further links from the sender.
Common mistakes
- Choosing the wrong country, which can put you on the wrong entity and make a bonus unavailable.
- Accepting a bonus without reading the volume and withdrawal conditions.
- Sending deposits to a private person who says they work for XM.
- Skipping verification and finding out at the first withdrawal.
